About the Role

This part-time hybrid role is for a Customer Service and Sales Consultant at our Burwood store, with potential support for the Parramatta store. The position involves 30 hours per week on a flexible rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month. Working hours rotate between 8 am and 8 pm, with shifts after 5 pm conducted from home. As the local representative of Medibank, you will assist customers in selecting health cover and services, provide support across various channels, build relationships through personalized interactions, and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Support customers across multiple channels – in-store, over the phone, online, and in the community.
Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.
Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work.

Requirements

Skills in customer service, sales, health, retail, or community engagement are beneficial.
Ability to build rapport and explain things clearly.
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
Adaptable and proactive team player.
