About the Role

You see opportunities in numbers, not just reports. You don't just ask how a campaign is running, but what will make the biggest difference next. We are looking for you to drive our digital growth with creativity, empathy, and a keen eye for numbers. You will identify potential, set priorities, and bring the right people together to achieve meaningful results.

Responsibilities

• Develop our performance marketing strategy.
• Plan growth beyond campaigns on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
• Optimize the customer journey from the first click to long-term customer loyalty.
• Manage advertising on Google, Meta, and other relevant channels.
• Develop our Shopify shop.
• Utilize metrics such as CVR, AOV, CTR, and CLV.
• Initiate A/B tests, evaluate results, and decide what to scale, improve, or terminate.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal teams with clarity and focus.
• Apply AI tools where they create real added value.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, growth management, or e-commerce.
• Strategic thinking and a drive for implementation.
• Experience with Shopify is a plus.
• A good understanding of user groups, their needs, and suitable offers.
• Proficiency with data, metrics, and tools.
• Ability to switch between the big picture and details.
• Proactivity, commitment, and a sense of responsibility.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
