About the Role
This role involves analyzing customer vehicle needs through dialogue, providing expert technical advice, and managing warranty and goodwill claims. You will also create cost estimates, detailed workshop orders, and promote service offerings and accessories. Additionally, you will be responsible for the scheduling and management of customer and repair orders.
Responsibilities
- Independent needs analysis on customer vehicles through dialogue acceptance
- Competent technical advice
- Processing of warranty and goodwill claims and creation of cost estimates
- Creation of complete and detailed workshop orders
- Sales of service and vehicle accessories
- Temporal planning and control of the entire customer or repair order
Requirements
- Completed commercial or automotive technical vocational training, or commercial manager/service advisor qualification
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Customer-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and acting
- Good IT skills
- Conscientious and self-responsible work
- Flexibility, reliability, helpfulness, and teamwork
- Driver's license class B
