We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team, supporting our workshop clients and managing administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient workshop operations.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Serving workshop customers
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Processing warranty and goodwill claims
- Supporting service advisors
- Handling customer and complaint calls
- Handing over invoices
- Cashier duties
- Operating the telephone switchboard
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Outgoing personality and enjoyment of customer contact
- Enthusiasm, organizational skills, and pragmatic ability
