About the Role

Product Managers at The Trade Desk are strategic builders, product thinkers, and operators who thrive in ambiguity and move quickly from concept to execution. This is a senior role for a PM ready to own a GTM domain end to end and set the standard others follow. You'll own the strategy and roadmap for products that power our global go-to-market organization, frame net-new problems before anyone asks, and be the person GTM, Rev Ops, and business leaders rely on for the roadmap and the hard, ambiguous calls.

Responsibilities

  • Own a GTM domain end to end.
  • Set a stable, year-long north-star metric and a 9–12 month roadmap for your products.
  • Routinely frame and solve net-new GTM problems with no guidance.
  • Anticipate how changes to the TTD platform, spend, pacing, optimization ripple into GTM workflows and outcomes like forecasting and pacing-driven recommendations, and design for it.
  • Drive new ways of working with evidence-backed, sometimes contrarian thinking.
  • Prototype instead of writing specs using tools like Figma, Magic Patterns, or AI-built prototypes.
  • Model direct user contact with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Client Services.
  • Define what good looks like for the team.
  • Set and track success metrics for the domain and drive decisions from them.
  • Resolve misalignment up to exec-level partners.
  • Communicate with no ambiguity.
  • Remove blockers for the people around you.

Requirements

  • Owned a domain or multiple medium to large initiatives concurrently end to end under real ambiguity.
  • Set a standard your team adopted.
  • Built an approach others actually use.
  • Get real value from AI and help teammates do the same.
  • Know when AI isn't the answer.
  • Prefer to show than tell.
  • Ground decisions in real problems.
