About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager, Digital Products to support a high-visibility client engagement in Sydney. This role will drive planning, coordination, communication, and execution across digital product initiatives, requiring an understanding of the full product lifecycle and the ability to work across various stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and aligned delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead program management for digital product initiatives within a client-facing engagement.
- Partner with product, engineering, design, business, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
- Build and manage program plans, delivery timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Help translate business and product goals into clear workstreams and execution plans.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across local stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
- Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder updates, working sessions, and program reviews.
- Track progress across multiple workstreams and proactively surface risks, blockers, and decision points.
- Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and delivery status.
- Support roadmap planning, release planning, and ongoing delivery governance.
- Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure program plans reflect technical dependencies and delivery realities.
- Bring structure and accountability to complex digital product work without slowing teams down.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Digital Program Manager, or similar role.
- Experience managing digital product initiatives across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
- Strong understanding of how digital products are planned, built, launched, and improved.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with senior client or business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable partnering with engineering and architecture teams on technical planning and delivery dependencies.
- Experience creating program plans, status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, and executive-level updates.
- Strong ownership, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
