About the Role

Quantcast is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The FP&A team partners with senior management and C-suite executives to advise on strategic decision-making, lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, investor relations initiatives, and competitor financial analysis. This position offers a significant opportunity to use creative ideas to design, implement and manage processes that support business needs, and provides significant exposure to senior executives.

Responsibilities

Serve as an FP&A business partner and strategic advisor to Quantcast’s EMEA Sales, Marketing, COS, and G&A organizations.
Participate in the company-wide annual planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and financial targets.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to senior executives and the Board of Directors.
Develop the quarterly Contribution Margin model to assess Sales organization profitability and guide investment decisions.
Identify actionable insights and recommend strategies to influence business direction.
Engage in investor relations initiatives and 409A valuation work streams.
Collaborate with Sales Operations to enhance forecast accuracy and shape sales strategies.
Lead internal financial processes, including monthly close and forecasting.
Support financial due diligence for new initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance.
4-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related field.
Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development is a plus.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and forecast future performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Highly organized self-starter.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
