About the Role
Quantcast is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The FP&A team partners with senior management and C-suite executives to advise on strategic decision-making, lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, investor relations initiatives, and competitor financial analysis. This position offers a significant opportunity to use creative ideas to design, implement and manage processes that support business needs, and provides significant exposure to senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an FP&A business partner and strategic advisor to Quantcast’s EMEA Sales, Marketing, COS, and G&A organizations.
- Participate in the company-wide annual planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and financial targets.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to senior executives and the Board of Directors.
- Develop the quarterly Contribution Margin model to assess Sales organization profitability and guide investment decisions.
- Identify actionable insights and recommend strategies to influence business direction.
- Engage in investor relations initiatives and 409A valuation work streams.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to enhance forecast accuracy and shape sales strategies.
- Lead internal financial processes, including monthly close and forecasting.
- Support financial due diligence for new initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance.
- 4-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related field.
- Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and forecast future performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized self-starter.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
