About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Support daily operations through routine patrols, strong awareness, and a people-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information when required, and document daily activities, observations, and incident details in accordance with post procedures.
- Support emergency response activities by following site instructions, assisting with access control during events, and reporting maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related issues observed during the shift.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
