About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the primary execution engine behind Filevine's go-to-market motions, driving market shifts by translating sophisticated Legal Operating Intelligence capabilities into effective customer-facing assets, product content, and targeted launches. You will work at the intersection of Product Management, Sales, and Marketing in an AI-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging and positioning of individual products within the portfolio for business partners and stakeholders.
• Author high-impact product content, customer presentations, pitch decks, feature blogs, and value-proposition briefs.
• Translate complex technical AI architectures and LLM capabilities into intuitive, customer-facing collateral.
• Maintain high-quality craftsmanship while rapidly building assets to match the product engineering cycle velocity.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure effective GTM strategy execution and milestone achievement.
• Develop and activate core use-case messaging based on buyer behavior understanding, ensuring resonance from solo practitioners to enterprise legal teams.
• Conduct ongoing competitive research to build, update, and deploy actionable battlecards and win/loss insights.
• Support the implementation of comprehensive training programs for Sales, Product Management, and Partner teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated product marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally experiencing high-growth transition from Series C to IPO.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced technology or AI environment with a track record of executing GTM tasks under tight timelines.
• A stellar portfolio demonstrating the ability to write clear, compelling product content and high-stakes customer-facing presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success partnering across product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Comfort with technical concepts, APIs, and modern software architectures.
• Specific familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, or legal workflows is highly advantageous.
