About the Role

Alchemy Face Bar is seeking passionate skincare professionals to join our founding Austin team. This role offers the opportunity to build client relationships and grow with a company that values education, collaboration, and exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

• Perform skincare services according to Alchemy Face Bar protocols and standards.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on each client's skin goals.
• Educate clients on home care, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client documentation, including treatment notes, allergies, medications, and preferences.
• Follow all sanitation, infection control, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, stocking treatment rooms, laundry, and daily spa operations.
• Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and hands-on training.
• Support community events, pop-ups, and promotional initiatives as needed.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Support front desk operations, guest communication, scheduling, and retail education during Client Experience shifts.

Requirements

• Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Current availability for Thursday through Sunday.
• Flexibility as business needs evolve while we grow into seven-day operations.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
• Frequent walking between floors throughout the day.
• Climbing stairs multiple times during each shift.
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, and performing repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Lifting and carrying up to 10–15 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance.

• 28% - 30% starting service commission
• 10% retail commission
