  • Serve as a scientific face of the company for existing and emerging partnerships, acting as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal R&D/product teams.
  • Operate comfortably in a lean, dynamic startup environment.
  • Provide hands-on scientific and medical leadership across multiple digital therapeutic products and pipeline assets as needed on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work closely with product, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure that product development aligns with the latest clinical evidence and market access requirements in a regulated space.

Requirements

  • A doctoral/professional degree (MD, PhD, PsyD, PharmD) is required.
  • Deep expertise in a CNS discipline (e.g., psychiatry, neurology, psychology) and experience with evidence-based nonpharmacological / biobehavioral treatment is required.
  • Experience in migraine or headache disorders, as well as wearable data, is highly preferred.
  • Clinical practice experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, digital health, or pharmaceutical industry within a regulated space.
  • Prior experience in product development, Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, or Commercial/BD enablement is highly desired.
  • Established record and proven willingness to write, publish, and speak externally.
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and action-oriented.
  • Not overly process-driven; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and roll up your sleeves to support various products and initiatives simultaneously.
