About the Role

The Environmental Markets pricing and market reporting team is a global, collaborative group focused on understanding and reporting on market trends. We value curiosity, in-depth market analysis, and the ability to quickly identify and report on market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Publish daily price assessments according to methodology.
  • Write market commentaries and rationales, provide daily coverage of market trends, and record podcasts and digital content describing key fundamental market drivers.
  • Build strong source books and collect regular market intelligence.
  • Drive the development of new and existing assessments in line with market changes.
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand market participant issues and translate them into new products or adjustments to offerings.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to Platts Editorial Standards.
  • Serve as an internal and external ambassador for Platts Energy Transition offerings and ambitions.
