About the Role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to manage our content engine from end-to-end, including website content, social media presence, and branded content execution. This role involves partnering with performance marketing and the broader marketing team, with a focus on creativity, adaptability, and a strong point of view. Curiosity about AI and a hunger to learn are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize website content, establishing systems for organization.
• Develop and execute the social media content calendar.
• Implement and maintain a system for capturing company and customer brand content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to drive content execution.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Participate in ad hoc projects across the marketing team as priorities evolve.

Requirements

• Possess a strong creative opinion about content, with the ability to analyze successful campaigns.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills for managing calendars, assets, and workflows.
• Be comfortable and proficient in using AI tools for daily work.
• Exhibit adaptability and enthusiasm for new projects within a fast-paced team environment.
• Show a low ego, a desire to learn, and excitement for building and growing.
• Be comfortable on camera and interacting with customers.
• Be comfortable working onsite in Williamsburg.
• Experience with AI tools for efficiency is required.
• A portfolio of work is desirable.
• Experience with social media management or content calendar tools is a plus.
• Possess solid, articulate copywriting skills.
• Have internship, full-time experience, or a strong personal online presence/project.
