About the Role
Linq is building the messaging infrastructure for the AI era. The growth team is responsible for finding, converting, and retaining businesses and developers who power their products on Linq. We are looking for a high-power growth generalist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Suggest and own projects or new channels/strategies.
- Plan and run events, including customer dinners, our annual conference, and hackathons.
- Own gifting campaigns for target customers and prospects.
- Write content such as blog posts, case studies, and landing pages.
- Build new landing pages.
- Support campaign execution across paid, email, and content channels.
- Research target accounts, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate campaigns with influencers.
- Perform other duties as needed on a lean growth team.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Considered high agency by peers.
- Desire to grow fast and take on ownership quickly.
- Prior experience at a startup (bonus).
- Active presence on X (bonus).
