About the Role

As one of the earliest operations hires, you will serve as the backbone of a fast-growing team, removing friction and anticipating needs to ensure the founders and team can focus on building a Large Physics foundation Model.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-leverage support to founders including calendar management, travel, and scheduling
  • Manage office and workplace operations including space, supplies, meals, and vendor relations
  • Coordinate team logistics, onboarding, events, and offsites
  • Develop operational systems and processes to support company scaling
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges

Requirements

  • Experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar operations role
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
