About the Role

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team, offering paid training, mentorship, and community support for professional and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operation of a single store.
  • Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Prepare hot and cold foods.
  • Use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment.
  • Work quickly without losing accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Serve Safe certified.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand up to four hours.
  • Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
