Responsibilities

  • Leverage insights, audience needs, and business context to develop stories aligned to Mobilitas priorities, brand, positioning, and change objectives.
  • Apply strong writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and audience-specific messages across internal, external, leadership, and change management communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate story collection, content development, review, production, and distribution.
  • Contribute to strategic communication plans, stakeholder communication plans, change communication plans, content strategies, and editorial calendars that support organizational objectives.
  • Use communication metrics, feedback, and adoption indicators to evaluate effectiveness and recommend practical improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a working understanding of Mobilitas business priorities, key business drivers, partners, audiences, and new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Contribute to communications objectives, measures, and success indicators; monitor progress against those metrics and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Identify key messages and incorporate them consistently in communications supporting Mobilitas strategy, brand, business priorities, and change initiatives.
  • Support change management communications by translating change impacts, behavior expectations, timelines, benefits, risks, and next steps into clear, actionable messages for impacted audiences.
  • Collaborate with change management and project teams to develop partner communications, readiness materials, adoption messaging, FAQs, talking points, training support content, and reinforcement communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • 4+ years of related professional experience with transferrable skills, and at least three years of professional communications experience are required.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for specific audiences, channels, objectives, and change impacts.
  • Experience developing partner communications, change messaging, FAQs, talking points, readiness materials, training support content, or adoption reinforcement communications.
  • Strong presentation development skills, including PowerPoint expertise and the ability to translate complex information into concise, visually compelling materials.
  • Graphic design and visual communication experience, including tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.
  • Experience supporting brand management, marketing campaigns, social media content, campaign execution, trend monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Strong project coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and approval workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with leaders, internal and external partners, freelancers, project teams, and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Ability to analyze communication performance, audience feedback, and adoption indicators to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Actively shapes our company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.).
  • Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.).
