About the Role
Join our winning team at Sprouts Farmers Market! We are looking for individuals passionate about delivering extraordinary customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment, with an interest in learning different aspects of a grocery store such as receiving, stocking, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, fill frozen food bins, and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Receive product deliveries, ensure accuracy, and move product to the sales floor using various equipment.
- Rotate merchandise to ensure product freshness for customers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Show mutual respect for others and maintain a high ethical standard.
- Possess a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
- Have good communication skills and ability to take direction.
- Be able to perform repetitive activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”, for a distance up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
