About the Role
Support the Global Society Relations team with incoming society inquiries and related operational matters.
Responsibilities
- Research incoming inquiries from societies related to PRS administration of their rights.
- Investigate Copyright and distribution claims.
- Manage societies access to PRS portal.
- Conduct data analysis and retrieval to support the team.
- Provide operational support to Head of & Society Relationship Managers where required (e.g. incoming visits).
- Provide support to Global Revenue Assurance team on operational matters, as and when required, in agreement with Head Of.
Requirements
- Directly relevant experience preferred.
- Technical knowledge of relevant PRS systems (Rep, D&M, Ice, website) preferred.
- Understanding of PRS for Music ecosystem.
- Experience in claims generation, submission and query resolution.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of claims.
