Responsibilities
- Apply SQL and Python to AI-powered technologies that automate workflows, analyze data, and improve decision-making.
- Assist in developing predictive analytics and machine learning models to provide data-driven insights and support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and recommend innovative, scalable solutions.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by integrating AI tools, optimizing data pipelines, and implementing guidelines for process reengineering and analytics.
- Map, document, and analyze business processes and data flows to find opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in computer science, information systems, data analytics, business administration or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in computer science, information systems, data analytics, business administration or a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Understanding of data flow concepts (ETL processes, system integrations, data pipelines).
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) backed by foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of AI tools to enhance workflow optimization.
