About the Role
The Sales Advisor will support the Investor Coverage & Business Development team in key initiatives and client onboarding. This role involves prospect research, content creation, prioritization, relationship building, event support, and driving team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support team in achieving core KPIs, including building/maintaining dashboards and providing updates.
- Manage data quality, dashboards, and pipeline maintenance for Series A client acquisition/market share goals.
- Liaise with sales operations and CRM data stewards.
- Support the production of client-facing events, including pre and post-event coordination.
- Coordinate sales campaigns.
- Assist colleagues with daily client inquiries, including letters of credit and credit cards.
- Develop relationships with key market constituents, ecosystem stakeholders, and third-party providers.
- Engage with prospective clients on due diligence and information completeness requests.
- Manage data sources/CRM to identify top prospects and potential cross-sell opportunities.
- Input meeting notes and aggregate relevant information for calls/visits.
- Attend client meetings to take detailed notes.
- Assist with new business development opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize Outreach and ZoomInfo to engage with prospects.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of SVB's products to anticipate client needs.
- Map client events and network with industry contacts for competitive insights.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Take ownership of processes and escalate issues when necessary.
- Adapt to changing demands and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of administrative or other professional experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of administrative or other professional experience.
- 2+ years of administrative or other professional experience (Preferred)
- Expert in Pitchbook and Outreach.IO (Preferred)
