About the Role
Commercial Engagement Managers (CEMs) are the connective tissue between our pharma brand team clients and our internal delivery and platform teams. You will own day-to-day client relationships, translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into flawless asset production, and shepherd work through the realities of pharma marketing: MLR review, launch timelines, cross-functional coordination, and high client expectations. This is a client-facing role with real ownership from day one.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for pharma brand teams, running status, managing timelines, and building trusted client relationships
- Translate client marketing needs into clear briefs and production plans for HTML-native assets (emails, banners, and more) built on our platform
- Own quality across deliverables, including QC against client markup, ISI and claims verification against approved source documents, and MLR submission readiness
- Support strategic engagements alongside senior team members, including brand planning, workshops, and situation assessments
- Help build the systems, processes, and playbooks of a fast-scaling commercial organization
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience working with pharma brand teams in a client-facing capacity
- Experience in account management at a healthcare or pharma advertising agency, life sciences strategy consulting, or another commercial role owning client relationships and delivering under pressure
- Exceptional organization and the ability to run complex, multi-workstream client engagements
- Clear, confident, client-ready communication, written and verbal
- High ownership: you see problems around corners and fix them without being asked
- Fluency (or the demonstrated ability to quickly build fluency) in pharma commercial concepts: MLR, brand planning, HCP and DTC marketing, market access
- Comfort with technology and eagerness to master our AI-native platform
- Hunger for an early-stage, high-intensity, in-person environment
