About the Role
Provides outstanding guest service by actively monitoring the restaurant's flow, greeting guests, managing wait times, and assisting with take-out orders.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests are seated in a timely manner.
- Greet every guest with a smile.
- Inform the guest(s) of his/her Food Server by name.
- Maintain constant awareness of table availability in designated area.
- Thank guest for patronage and welcome them back.
- Assist with take-out orders.
Requirements
- Previous Host experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organization and multitasking skills.
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
