About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will help us further our mission to make credit better, by powering the next generation of credit cards. This means building a delightful experience for consumers, and powerful engagement and marketing tools for brands on a solid financial product foundation. You’ll get to work across different problem areas and disciplines as you advocate for our users.
Responsibilities
- Take a nascent, simple-sounding project, flesh it out, and push it through the development and launch process.
- Move from uninformed simplicity, to informed complexity, and ultimately to informed simplicity.
- Own 2–3 complex projects at a time, each at different stages, delivering quickly and at high quality.
- Support the roadmap, sprint planning, and long-term vision.
- Celebrate customer feedback and frequent deployments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- Track record of building amazing fintech products.
- Experience at a B2B or platform company, understanding platform development.
- Attention to detail and ability to think through problems deeply.
- Ability to be scrappy and move fast.
- Comfortable in high-stakes conversations with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with large institutional customers/stakeholders is ideal.
- Interdisciplinary curiosity and intellectual confidence.
- Humility to admit when you don't know something.
- Ability to listen and ask great questions.
