About the Role

Adobe is seeking a Risk Manager to lead a world-class risk management program and drive its evolution. You will report directly to senior leadership and play a meaningful role in crafting the future of our risk strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of the risk management lifecycle, ensuring partners are in compliance and managing onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring to detect, investigate, and resolve partner issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Lead the program's systems and screening processes, setting functional requirements, and prioritizing the roadmap.
  • Engage directly with diligence reviews, risk ratings, and critical issues, using good judgment in higher-risk situations.
  • Own and manage metrics and reporting, offering leadership clear insights into partner risk and control efficiency.
  • Advance program maturity with a risk-based approach, streamlining and automating workflows.
  • Set clear compliance expectations for partners, maintain policies, and drive accountability.
  • Manage and develop a small team, setting expectations, allocating work, and mentoring for overall success.
  • Build positive relationships across various departments, clearly communicating risks and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and managing recurring controls and monitoring routines.
  • Experience in people management, with the ability to work hands-on while setting direction.
  • A risk-based approach and process efficiency, with good judgment balancing compliance and business needs.
  • Strong communication and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience in a global software, SaaS, or technology company.
  • Familiarity with due diligence screening tools or compliance benchmark reporting.
  • Experience in operationalizing audit remediation.
