About the Role

Lead the Product Strategy for the Trading domain, support the product delivery lifecycle for complex initiatives, and contribute to the product community. This role focuses on optimizing existing services and driving improvements for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration within the Trading Domain to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Own and shape the long-term product strategy for the domain, aligning with the Global Sportsbook & Trading vision.
  • Drive an OKR-led approach, leading programs toward key objectives and influencing stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities using customer insights, market trends, and data analysis.
  • Oversee product performance across the portfolio using data-driven analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery, coordinating multiple teams and managing dependencies.
  • Act as a leader within the product community by mentoring Product Managers and championing best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement across product ways of working.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to think innovatively and strategically.
  • Capable of challenging the status quo and contributing to strategic development.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence and guide all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to abstract and simplify complex situations or problems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision making.
  • Strong facilitation skills focused on promoting collaborative communities of practice.
  • Experience working with in-house development teams.
  • Understanding of technical platform architecture.
  • Proven ability to identify key risks and issues and communicate them to collaborators.
  • Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience using AI agents like Claude Code or Cursor in the last six months for work tasks.
