About the Role

This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. The position manages scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional efforts to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Apply project and change management methodologies to drive consistency and accountability.
  • Evaluate initiative outcomes using data and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
