About the Role

WME is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead software development teams and support the transformation of the Product & Engineering organization. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, engineering teams, business stakeholders, contractors, and executive partners across the WME Group business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, highly collaborative, with exceptional relationship-building skills and the flexibility to move quickly across priorities in an iterative, agile, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive software delivery by identifying and removing obstacles that impede team progress, release readiness, delivery speed, or quality.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle—from planning, prioritization, and refinement through QA, release, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate productive internal and external team meetings, including stand-ups, planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder check-ins, ensuring agendas are clear and meaningful notes are captured.
  • Support onboarding for new team members and help ensure teams can quickly understand tools, processes, priorities, and ways of working.
  • Facilitate release management activities and improve reporting across projects and teams to strengthen accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Transformation, Product Operations, or a related delivery leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead software development teams using agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with in-house engineering teams, offshore teams, contractors, third-party developers, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong technical literacy across engineering workflows, including Git, CI/CD, error monitoring, testing, QA, and release management.
  • Skilled in improving systems, integrating tools, and automating workflows to reduce manual overhead and increase delivery visibility.
