Responsibilities

  • Handles real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements according to established policies and procedures.
  • Acts as a neutral liaison between parties, adhering to company policy, and monitoring and mitigating company risk.
  • Recommends process improvements and solutions for increased efficiency.
  • Understands team coordination and resource allocation for achieving organizational objectives.
  • Provides subject matter guidance to the team and may allocate work.
  • Impacts the results of their own team and the effectiveness of related teams.
  • Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems with little or no precedent.
  • Exercises judgment based on previous experiences, practices, and precedents.
  • Evaluates and communicates complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Exchanges ideas and information effectively.
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
  • Acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others without direct supervision.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
