About the Role
Join the maintenance team at Idylwood Apartments, a 720-unit community, where you will perform hands-on work to prepare apartments for new residents and ensure a high-quality living environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in
- Perform drywall repairs, painting, touch-ups, and punch-list items
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Complete trash-outs and maintain clean, safe work areas
- Test locks, keys, and apartment systems
- Assist with grounds upkeep and community appearance
- Support teammates and occasionally assist nearby sister properties
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule approximately once every 7 weeks

- $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
