About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to deliver vehicles to customers, handle paperwork, and maintain our fleet. This role involves physical tasks and requires a commitment to safe driving and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers.
- Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler.
- Regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure it is safe to drive.
- Complete customer paperwork and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system.
- Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers in various weather conditions.
- Sustain physical activity, including walking and standing for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Perform movements such as reaching with arms, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
- Grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Utilize excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).
- Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.
- Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or any other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).
- California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (Process sponsored by Carvana).
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
