About the Role

Solutions Engineers are trusted technical advisors throughout the customer buying journey. In partnership with Account Executives, you will contribute to new and expansion revenue by uncovering customer priorities, shaping the solution strategy, and leading the technical work that earns confidence in AutoRABIT. This involves discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, technical evaluations, and a disciplined transition to implementation and adoption teams.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the technical strategy by partnering with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, develop account and opportunity plans, identify technical risks, and define the path to a technical decision.
  • Lead purposeful discovery by facilitating conversations and workshops to uncover current state, desired outcomes, stakeholders, constraints, risks, decision criteria, and adoption dependencies.
  • Tell the customer’s story by designing and delivering tailored demonstrations and presentations that connect AutoRABIT capabilities to customer priorities, operating model, and business value.
  • Own technical validation by planning and leading proofs of concept, proofs of value, and other evaluations with agreed use cases, success criteria, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and a clear conclusion.
  • Design credible solutions by translating customer requirements into a practical solution approach across the AutoRABIT portfolio, integrations, architecture, security, data protection, and governance, communicating assumptions and limitations clearly.
  • Build trust across the buying team by developing relationships with technical practitioners, business leaders, executives, and internal champions while helping the customer navigate complex decisions.
  • Coordinate technical diligence by addressing product, architecture, integration, security, and compliance questions; supporting RFPs and RFIs; and bringing in specialists when deeper expertise is required.
  • Stay current and bring the market back to AutoRABIT by maintaining relevant product, Salesforce, MuleSoft, DevSecOps, security, data resilience, industry, and competitive knowledge, and turning field insight into qualified product feedback and reusable team assets.
  • Protect continuity after the sale by providing Customer Success and delivery teams with a clear record of outcomes, requirements, commitments, assumptions, risks, and next steps so implementation begins with shared context.
  • Raise the effectiveness of the team by sharing knowledge, improving demonstrations and evaluation practices, supporting partner and field enablement, and contributing to customer events when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as presales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, implementation consulting, technical customer success, administration, development, or enterprise delivery.
  • Working depth in at least one relevant domain: Salesforce; MuleSoft, APIs, or enterprise integration; software delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, or version control; application and data security; backup and recovery; security posture; or risk and compliance.
  • Ability to learn complex software, understand how it fits into a customer environment, and translate technical capabilities into business value, delivery speed, resilience, risk reduction, and operational control.
  • Strong discovery, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills, with the judgment to adapt for technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • A structured approach to technical evaluations and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements, priorities, risks, and follow-up commitments.
  • A collaborative, accountable working style.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel based on customer and business needs.
