About the Role
As an Associate in our Forensics Practice, you’ll guide complex investigations, lead teams, deepen client relationships, and develop your influence across the firm. You’ll pair advanced engineering expertise with ownership of business results, helping shape strategy and elevate project delivery. Responsibilities
- Lead forensic evaluations and manage project delivery end-to-end.
- Be the expert clients rely on, providing clear, confident guidance on advanced structural challenges.
- Grow and mentor a high-performing team, raising the technical bar and developing future leaders.
- Expand client relationships and help position TT for new opportunities.
- Influence firm strategy by connecting clients to our full-service capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure.
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated technical depth.
- Proven ability to lead project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage client expectations.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to solve challenging problems and guide approach, scope, and priorities.
- Leadership that inspires others through mentoring, empowerment, and effective communication, while expanding your client-facing presence.

Salary/Compensations
- $120,000 - $150,000 annually
