About the Role

SimpleClosure is building the infrastructure to streamline the business dissolution process and has launched Asset Hub, a marketplace for assets left behind when a company shuts down. Joining the Asset Hub team means defining a new category, working on complex problems, and building products and processes for founders during a consequential moment.

Responsibilities

  • Build tools and products for asset selling and buying across Asset Hub's surface area, including the buyer portal, domains, physical assets, and TalentPipe.
  • Identify and replace manual internal processes (asset intake, cataloging, pricing, deal tracking) with technology to enable scaling.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage external partners for asset value recovery and liquidation.
  • Transform partnerships into working products and processes, owning end-to-end integration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal/compliance, RevOps, and GTM teams to ship and operationalize work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including shipping B2B, platform, or marketplace products end-to-end.
  • Direct experience building or managing partnerships, including sourcing, structuring commercial/product relationships, and shipping integrations.
  • Ability to own broad and ambiguous surface areas and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working with technical or enterprise buyers and sales-assisted, quote-driven motions.
  • Strong cross-functional operator with experience partnering across engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams.
  • A bias toward building 0-to-1 and turning ad hoc, manual work into repeatable systems.
  • Experience in data licensing, data marketplaces, M&A/data-room products, domain sales/aftermarket, or talent marketplaces is a plus.
