About the Role

This role involves leading EDI transformation projects from design through implementation and stabilization, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate enhancements, drive cross-functional collaboration, document project details, and optimize business processes and EDI workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead EDI transformation projects from design through implementation and stabilization.
  • Plan and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate EDI production enhancements and mapping changes with external EDI integrators.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication across business and IT teams.
  • Document project plans, requirements, risks, and outcomes.
  • Map and optimize end-to-end business processes and EDI workflows.
  • Analyze systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support operational teams with EDI-related issues and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent project management experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B integrations and EDI, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VANs, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and/or supply chain applications.
  • Knowledge of integration protocols such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint).
