About the Role

As the EVP, you will steer a vibrant team across sales, support, product development, and professional services, inspiring hundreds of customers and playing a pivotal role in achieving strategic and financial goals. This is a chance to leave your mark on an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and vision of a 5-10-year product strategy addressing customer and market needs.
• Embolden a sales-oriented culture to grow new name market stake.
• Inspire and develop new and existing heads within the organization.
• Engage and unite with customers to further their success.
• Drive and grow an executive team to achieve business targets.
• Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets.
• Head monthly and quarterly briefings to Harris Executives on business plans and results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience at a senior leadership level.
• 5+ years working in the healthcare industry.
• Experience managing a multi-functional group with a minimum of 75 team members.
• Experience managing an entire Profit and Loss statement >$10M in revenue.
• Comfortable with 50% travel.
• Must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally.
• Must possess either passport-based visa exemption or any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
