About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with project teams and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems, providing technical recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIBs.
• Manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design/implement solutions.
• Coach and lead technical staff members.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
• 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership.
• Must have experience managing a team.
• Must have experience using Studio.
• Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers; provides appropriate technical recommendations that align with business needs.
• Comfortable interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project need.
• Deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
• Willingness to travel.

• $130,000 - $160,000 (CAD) base salary
• $156,000 - $192,000 (CAD) total estimated compensation
