About the Role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join the Infrastructure Specialists team. This role involves managing projects through their entire lifecycle, from conception to production, within data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators.
• Understand high and low-level technical architecture to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
• Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
• Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Lead complex installations.
• Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points.
• Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers.
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely.
• Be willing to work irregular hours as required.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery management.
• Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
• Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
• Superb communication and presentation/oral skills.
• Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.
• Experience leading global projects.
