About the Role

Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers, representing the brand authentically, and creating a welcoming environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, assisting shoppers, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Anticipate customer needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Ensure presentation standards are met through folding, hanging, and sizing merchandise.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and package ship-from-store orders to create a seamless omni-channel experience.
