About the Role

Valet Trash by Fetch is hiring a full-time Area Supervisor to manage field-level quality and contractor performance within a dedicated market. This is a foundational role in a rapidly growing company, ideal for individuals who take ownership, work independently, and maintain high standards in the field. The role is field-based and requires direct responsibility for service quality outcomes across 5,000 to 10,000 units, involving quality audits, contractor onboarding, and covering service gaps, including performing the service yourself when necessary. This position requires a leader who leads from the front and reports directly to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-service, live-service, and post-service quality checks and audits across assigned communities.
  • Verify that on-site logistics are in order, equipment is functional, and service conditions meet Fetch standards.
  • Monitor and drive community-level service quality rates, maintaining above 95% monthly across your portfolio.
  • Run supply replenishment from the warehouse to communities or trash service partners as needed.
  • Document all audit findings and field observations and report to the Area Manager.
  • Use smartphone and Fetch’s operational technology to log tasks, run audits, and verify service completion in real time.
  • Conduct on-site orientations ensuring Service Partners understand site-specific access, logistics, and workplan standards.
  • Oversee Service Partner workplan execution and make workplan adjustments where operational conditions require it.
  • Identify and respond to Service Partner no-shows, route gaps, or service disruptions within your market.
  • Cover down on routes directly when needed to ensure communities are not left without service.
  • Maintain a monthly completion rate above 95% across your portfolio by proactively identifying staffing gaps before and during the service window.
  • Coordinate with the Area Manager on recurring coverage issues that may require contractor pipeline action.

Requirements

  • Reliable open-bed pickup truck required for warehouse runs and market mobility.
  • Willingness to perform hands-on, physical field work including tasks that are dirty, repetitive, or physically demanding.
  • Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document field observations accurately and consistently.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and make sound field-level decisions.
