About the Role

Felix Construction is seeking a driven, self-motivated marketing professional to lead marketing initiatives in Texas. This growth-oriented position involves learning the business and operations, executing established priorities, and growing into full ownership of Texas marketing efforts. The role requires independence, initiative, and the ability to follow through with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Texas social media presence and provide support for TA social media
• Support community service initiatives, employee events, and culture-building activities
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and website content/updates
• Visit job sites to capture and curate stories, photos, and content that build brand awareness
• Provide occasional support to CSP/Proposals as needed
• Champion ESOP messaging and help drive company culture across Texas
• Take on broader marketing deliverables as a versatile, "jack of all trades" contributor

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to take direction, then take ownership
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to consistently follow through
• Self-starter mentality; comfortable operating with limited oversight
• Willingness to travel to job sites regularly
• Experience with CRM databases (Salesforce or similar - Unanet used)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Social media management experience
• Website management experience
• Google Analytics experience
• Canva experience
