About the Role

Join the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops as a Keyholder and contribute to a winning retail environment. You will be an integral part of our selling culture, bringing the excitement of the Dallas Cowboys to fans while delivering world-class customer service and maximizing sales and profit.

Responsibilities

• Creates a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Empowers teammates to utilize the “Star Service” model and selling skills.
• Provides a world-class shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Exhibits a customer-focused mentality, going over and beyond for fans.
• Educates self and teammates on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns.
• Upholds store visual merchandising standards.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room.
• Engages in a selling culture focused on acquiring customer needs and building relationships.
• Motivates and encourages teammates to uphold performance expectations.
• Advises, upsells, and influences the purchase of additional products.
• Contributes to a winning culture that strives to meet store’s daily KPIs.
• Assists the Store Manager with onboarding and training new associates.
• Promotes Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs to all fans.
• Understands, follows, and communicates all company policies and procedures.
• Works effectively to maintain an inviting shopping atmosphere.
• Protects assets through proactive customer engagement, proper merchandise check-in, and accurate cash handling.
• Completes opening/closing procedures.
• Balances exceptional customer service with necessary operational tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer).
• Able to lift 30lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Equipped to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions.
• Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
