About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events and/or entertainment projects in theatrical production.
- Manage scenic projects, directing the technical, financial, and administrative process.
- Determine product/gear, construction, and service/labor specifications, including design support.
- Prepare and define scope of work with clients, including budget, project schedule, workflow, internal resource requirements, concept designs, and layouts.
- Manage shows with target up to $4 million.
- Consult with and troubleshoot client's unresolved aesthetic design and technology issues.
- Execute on-site production and manage show labor as required.
- Maintain a balance between client's creative needs and company's profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales to generate and amend quotes and interface with financial operations for client billing.
- Interface with the operations department to ensure design and quality goals are met.
- Identify and explore future revenue possibilities with clients and promote sales opportunities.
- Communicate project status and performance.
- Promote job site safety and investigate safety and reliability concerns.
- Plan and build labor calls in conjunction with Labor Coordinators.
- Manage PRG’s Change Order Policy with clients.
- Participate in client presentations.
- Assist in the supervision, oversee fabrication, and manage administrative and financial performance of each production.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in theatrical technical direction, scenic production management, and/or live event project management specializing in scenic construction.
- Experience managing scenic projects.
- Ability to direct the technical, financial, and administrative process.
- Considerable client contact with an emphasis on providing project services tailor-made to the client’s vision.
- Ability to make or participate in sales, and execute projects generated by others.
- Timely and accurate submission of all new hire paperwork and timesheets.
- Extensive travel, including international travel, may be required.
- Must have valid Passport.
- Must have Valid Driver’s License.

Salary/Compensations
- $80,000-100,000/annually
