About the Role

As a Technical Services Driver, you will play a hands-on role in the safe transport and handling of hazardous waste materials across multiple customer sites. This is not a sit-behind-the-wheel role — our drivers are active contributors to each job from start to finish, including loading and unloading, container labeling, waste sorting, and completion of regulatory paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Operate semi-vans, roll-off trailers, and dump trailers safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement
  • Accurately label containers and complete all required hazardous waste documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Communicate professionally with customers at each stop
  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and compliance standards
  • Play a hands-on role in the safe transport and handling of hazardous waste materials
  • Contribute to each job from start to finish, including loading and unloading, container labeling, waste sorting, and completion of regulatory paperwork

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Hazmat endorsement required
  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)

Work Type

  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Overtime is required
  • Overnight travel expected approximately 2 times per month (1–2 nights per trip)

Education Level

  • High-school diploma or equivalent

Salary/Compensations

  • Starts at $30/hour
  • CDL drivers with experience can earn more depending on experience
