About the Role
The Server Assistant aids the Server in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to d|bar standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

Requirements
- Possesses an affinity for guest service.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform this position to d|bar standards and learn the sequence of service.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
- Smart Serve certification is a must.
- At minimum 1 year previous Server Assistant/Bus Person experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation.
- Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
- Additional language is an asset for career growth.
- Successful candidates possess open availability and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in Canada.
- Work permit sponsorship is not available.
