About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing programs for the small business customer segment across the post-purchase customer lifecycle, focusing on cross-sell, upsell, and expansion.
- Own campaign ideation, planning, and execution for cross-selling multiple products within designated customer segments to drive new product and feature adoption.
- Build multi-channel program plans, including email, digital, events, and in-product strategies.
- Analyze and report on KPIs and marketing funnel performance for the segment, proactively optimizing for improvement.
- Develop AI-powered workflows to accelerate campaign development, gain customer and data insights, and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and other departments to develop cohesive, customer-centric programs aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in a B2B software Customer Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Program Manager role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, and business analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills and comfort with Asana or other project management tools.
- Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- An open and curious mindset regarding AI and a track record of leveraging it to enhance work and increase velocity.
- Copywriting experience is a plus.
- Experience with the legal industry or legal technology is a plus.
- Incredible planning and organization skills are a plus.
- AI proficiency from leveraging tools to help accelerate delivering high-end work is a plus.
