About the Role
We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to actively shape projects in an innovative startup, regardless of their background in business, technology, or communication. We value your commitment and interest in making a difference.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and milestones in ongoing project management.
- Identify suitable funding opportunities within EU and innovation programs, structure information, and summarize findings.
- Assist with drafts, text, and submission of project proposals.
- Create progress reports, presentations, and summary reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and research institutions.
- Take responsibility for independent sub-projects with team support.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Communication Studies, Social Sciences, Innovation Management, Sustainability Management, Political Science, or Public Administration, or a comparable field related to organization, management, or funding.
- Very good German language skills (C1 level); English skills are an advantage.
- Meticulous, structured work approach and enjoyment of organization.
- Interest in innovation, sustainability, and future technologies.
- Basic understanding of project workflows and motivation to learn new things.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented.
