About the Role
Suburban Services Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform thorough and accurate repair and maintenance work in Burnt Hills, NY.
Responsibilities
- Service equipment according to established schedules and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
- Perform residential HVAC installations and system replacements.
- Interact with homeowners to address HVAC concerns and build relationships.
- Document all work accurately and submit daily reports.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service.
- Follow all safety procedures and safe driving practices.
- Apply product knowledge and pursue ongoing training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred.
