About the Role
The Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the Process department and ensuring all client requests are handled in a timely manner based on the clients’ deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the entire team and helps each desk when needed.
- Checks the power track for orders and updates.
- Handles the check log.
- Deals with client calls.
- Checks to make sure the proof is being entered and returned.
- Manages a team of 20 Process Servers as well as 3-4 in house employees.
- Supports operations that generate approximately 4 million dollars in annual revenue.
- Maintains relationships with many key clients, with a retention rate of 99%.
- Drives efficiency improvements.
- Manages the Process department's staff.
- Plans and develops projects.
- Makes operational and process decisions.
- Solves problems creatively.
- Organizes and delegates assignments to team members.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a supervisor, team lead or similar role.
