About the Role

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Centralized Billing System (CBS), an internal system critical for customer configuration, quoting, packaging, and charging. This role requires strong stakeholder management, prioritization discipline, and the ability to make decisive calls in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full product ownership of CBS, the system used to configure pricing, generate quotes, manage packaging, and charge customers
  • Manage the roadmap, health, and evolution of CBS, with accountability for prioritization, sequencing, and long-term direction
  • Manage stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, GTM, and Product, setting priorities and communicating tradeoffs
  • Partner with the GTM Monetization team to ensure CBS enables Clio's pricing and packaging strategy
  • Make decisions under pressure in a system with competing opinions and shifting priorities
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams
  • Oversee tooling and instrumentation to ensure data, telemetry, and tooling support fast, confident decision-making

Requirements

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience in environments with competing roadmap demands
  • Decisive with the ability to form opinions based on evidence, articulate them clearly, and stand behind them
  • Hands-on approach, willing to be involved in designs and tradeoffs with engineering and design
  • Technical background sufficient to own a complex billing or commerce system, understand architecture, and make sound product decisions
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, running experiments, and synthesizing data
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume, high-stakes stakeholder environment
  • Strong data and analytical skills, comfortable owning a metrics framework and building cases for investment
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner, able to influence without full authority
